Japan-related ICDP projects

Japan has been a member of the ICDP since 1998. Currently, based on the MOU concluded between JAMSTEC and GFZ (the Geomechanics and Scientific Drilling at the Helmholtz Centre Potsdam, ICDP Headquarters), Japan serves as a member of the committee that makes important ICDP decisions.
