ICDP Early Career Researcher Workshop (2026/5/21-23開催, 1/31〆切）

ICDPより初期キャリア研究者向けのワークショップ開催のお知らせです。

本ワークショップは、ICDPプロジェクトへの関与を深め、リーダーシップを発揮することを目指す初期キャリア研究者^*1を主な対象として、今年はJpGU-AGU Joing Meeting 2026 直前に、日本国内（千葉市）で開催されます。
参加を希望される方は、下記のサイトより募集の詳細をご確認のうえ、直接ご応募ください。

なお、本ワークショップは参加者の枠が限られているセミクローズドなものであり、応募を受け付けた上で、ICDPが参加者を選定します。

*1......本ワークショップの対象とする初期キャリア研究者（Early Career Researchers）とは、主に学位取得後8年以内のポスドク、博士学位取得を目指す大学院生（PhD candidates）が想定されています。現在、修士課程の場合、博士課程へ進学する意思があることが前提となります。

1) The seats for participation in the workshop are limited, so the ECRs need to apply, and there will be a selection process. The key aspects of the workshop are the establishment of an ECR network within ICDP, as well as the Mentor-Mentee Program. For both, in-person attendence is important, which is difficult to mirror online, so the workshop aims for in-person participation.
2) The workshops key target groups are postdocs. Applications from PhD candidates can be considered, especially if the end of their PhD and ideally also a first postdoc project are in sight.
